This old farm house in flushing Michigan had a bat colony infestation throughout the attic space. The bat colony was entering the attic through a large circular gable vent on the front of the house. Once we went through and sealed all openings around the perimeter of the home we set up a one way exclusion system to filter the bats out from the attic. The vents were repaired and screened from the outside to prevent re-entry of bats and the attic was cleaned from all roost the bats left behind.
