We performed a bat exclusion in Flushing after the home owners seen bats flying out of the soffits. While doing an exterior inspection of the roof line we saw the main entry point of the bat colony. A large collection of bat guano on the roof shows that the bat colony in the attic has been there for some time. Bat guano feces can cause damage to the materials in comes in contact with because of its acidic nature. We installed our one way exclusion doors to remove bats from the attic and walls and made sure that all possible entry points were repaired and sealed to prevent bats from getting back in.
